These Terms govern your use of TCG Tools. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
TCG Tools is an independent companion tool for trading card game players, providing deck analysis, simulations, and an in-person match assistant. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Some features require a paid subscription. The free tier is supported by ads. Subscriptions are billed through your app store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your app store settings. Except where required by law or app store rules, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to billing cycles after the notice.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to break its security, reverse engineer it, or use it to infringe others' rights or violate the law.
The app, its design, and original content are owned by the developer. Pokémon-related names, images, and data belong to their respective rights holders (see the Trademark notice below) and are used for reference under fair use and nominative use.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Analysis results and simulations are estimates for informational purposes and are not guarantees of outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
